ROOFWORX is a locally owned roofing and exterior restoration company serving Nashville and Middle Tennessee. Roofworx Limited Liability Company holds Tennessee contractor license BC-A/r #85166, and the company is bonded, insured, BBB A+ accredited, and certified as a CertainTeed ShingleMaster.

We work on homes within roughly a 50-mile radius of Nashville — Davidson, Williamson, Rutherford, Wilson, and Sumner counties, plus the communities in between. Every roof we install is backed by our Shield Coverage workmanship guarantee, and every completed job comes with a documentation package the homeowner keeps.

How We Work

ROOFWORX operates as prime contractor on every project. That means one company is accountable for the finished result — the scope, the schedule, the quality of the installation, the permitting, and the coordination of any specialty trades a project requires.

Installation is performed by experienced roofing crews working under our direction and to our specification. The person who holds the certifications is the person who sets the standard on the job, inspects the work, and signs the completion documents. Nothing gets handed off to a project manager who wasn’t there when the scope was written.

What Makes Us Different

• Published pricing. Our instant estimator shows a real price range before you give us a name or a phone number. No form, no sales call. Nobody else in this market does that.
• Complete roofing systems. Underlayment, flashing, ventilation, and decking all get addressed. Flashing is replaced as standard rather than reused — reused flashing is one of the most common shortcuts in this trade and a leak waiting to happen.
• Class 3 impact-resistant shingles standard. Every asphalt roof we install, not as an upsell. Better hail protection, and potential insurance premium savings.
• Design is part of the job. Shingle, siding, trim, drip edge, and gutter colors get coordinated before anything is ordered — using manufacturer visualization tools and real samples, not a swatch and a guess.
• Real insurance claim experience. We document damage properly, attend the adjuster inspection, and work on contingency. You pay nothing until the claim is approved.
• Documentation you keep. Every roof gets a Shield ID, product data sheets, warranty registration, and completion photos — useful when you sell the house or file a future claim.

We serve homeowners across five Middle Tennessee counties — Davidson, Williamson, Rutherford, Wilson, and Sumner — including Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, Hendersonville, Mount Juliet, Gallatin, Smyrna, Spring Hill, Lebanon, Nolensville, and 20 more communities.

Worth knowing if you’re comparing quotes across county lines: Williamson, Wilson, and Sumner counties require ice and water barrier along the eaves. Davidson County currently does not. That single difference explains a lot of otherwise confusing price gaps between contractors.
