Seamless Gutters

We fabricate seamless gutter on-site in 5” and 6” profiles, which means no joints along a run and no seams to fail. Cutting to length at the house also means the fit is exact rather than close.

Gutter work pairs naturally with roofing — the drip edge, gutter apron, and gutter all have to work together to move water away from the fascia. Doing them at the same time, in coordinated colors, is both cheaper and better than doing them separately a year apart.

Custom Metal Fabrication

This is where a lot of exterior work either looks finished or looks improvised. We fabricate custom metal components rather than forcing stock parts to fit:

• Chimney caps and crickets — built to the chimney, not ordered by approximate size
• Conductor heads and decorative downspouts — for homes where the drainage should look intentional
• Custom flashing and counter-flashing — formed to the actual condition
• Trim coil and fascia wrap — color matched across the whole exterior
• Specialty metals — copper and stainless available for homes where the material matters

We work with specialty metal shops for fabrication beyond what we run in-house, so copper valleys, custom conductor heads, and architectural details are all on the table.

Siding

Siding replacement and repair in vinyl, fiber cement, and engineered wood. We install products from CertainTeed, PlyGem, James Hardie, LP SmartSide, and others — the right choice depends on the house, the exposure, and the budget rather than on which manufacturer gives the best rebate.

As prime contractor we coordinate licensed structural engineers where a project requires an engineered scope for permitting, along with the specialty trades needed to complete the work. You deal with us; we handle the coordination, the permitting, and the sequencing.

Turnkey Storm Restoration

After a significant storm, a house often needs several trades at once — roof, gutters, siding, fascia, sometimes framing and interior repair. Most contractors handle one piece and leave you to project-manage the rest, usually while dealing with an insurance claim at the same time.

We take it end to end: emergency tarping the day it happens, full damage documentation in the format carriers expect, then the actual restoration — every trade, through final punch list. We’re a construction company, not a public adjuster: we don’t represent you to your carrier or promise a specific outcome, but we can meet the adjuster and walk them through exactly what we found. Your insurer determines coverage, not us. One company responsible for the finished house.

Most contractors treat color as an afterthought — shingle gets picked from a swatch, everything else defaults to white or brown because that’s what’s on the truck. The result is a house that looks assembled rather than designed, and you look at it every day for the next twenty years.

Using manufacturer visualization tools and physical samples, you see how shingle, siding, trim, drip edge, and gutter work together on a house rather than imagining it from small squares of color. Trim coil for custom metal gets matched to the overall scheme rather than chosen independently.
